RETURN POLICY

Product integrity

Your Satisfaction Is Our Top Priority

If for any reason your purchase did not meet your expectations, please return for a full refund or exchange. The following conditions apply: 

• Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date you receive your order.
Return merchandise must be new and unused, as you received it. Must be undamaged, saleable with the original tags attached and boxes included (if applicable).
• Final Sale Items may not be exchanged or returned.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
 

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

  • Email us at sales@stylenAttitude.com to request a refund within 14 days of receipt of shoes. Please include your name, receipt number, item(s) you wish to return and reason for return.  

  • Upon return approval, you will receive an authorization number and a prepaid label. 

  • Return your item(s) within 5 business days of the return authorization number being issued

  • Clearly mark the bag with the return authorization number, and send to:

    Fullfillment Center

Prepaid Return Label

1) Package your item(s) and place in box with completed returns form, which we will email to you.
2) Attach prepaid label to the outside of the box.
3) Drop off at your nearest UPS location.
4) Keep the customer receipt for your records.

Once your return is processed, we will deduct $9.99 from your refund amount.  This charge will apply to each return label used.

Self Paid Return
If you prefer to use your own carrier, please use a trackable and insured shipping method and send to the following address:

Exchanges
If the item is an exchange, StylenAttitude will ship the exchanged item(s) via standard UPS shipping without any charge to the customer.
 

Merchandise exchange for wrong size or defective product

Shipping for exchanging the item for a different size or for a defective product is free of charge and the exchange item will only cover products of the same model with the same price, if the exchange item is available in the desired size in our warehouse.
Number exchanges with this policy: No.1 accepted.
If the size of the item is not available, we will refund the cost of the item within 7 working days after receiving and checking the above requirements*  or, if desired, we will create a store credit voucher on our site equal to the amount of the chosen product.

For defective products, we will ask by email for photos of the item with details of the reported defect before proceeding to send the return form with its label.

ADDITIONAL POLICIES

Sale Returns
• Sale merchandise must be returned within 5 days from the date of receipt for an exchange or refund. Items returned after 7 working days from the date of receipt will be exchanged for a merchandise credit. Due to high demand and limited quantities during our sale events, we cannot guarantee the fulfillment of your order.


• Final Sale items may not be exchanged or returned.
 

Price Adjustments
Prices are subject to change. StylenAttitude works hard to ensure the accuracy of pricing. Despite our efforts, pricing errors may still occur. StylenAttitude reserves the right to change the current advertised price. These offers cannot be applied to previous purchases and cannot be combined with any other discount offer.

Remember that only products with available size or products with the same price range will be subject to exchange if they meet the above compliance parameters.
